Tradition
★ Checked specifically, because community directories have got this wrong. It is Digambar: the Bharatvarshiya Digambar Jain Tirth Kshetra Committee lists it as a Digambar siddhakshetra, and the caves house Digambar images.

The climb, and what to expect
A stepped climb to caves and temples set well above the plain. Sources give the stair as around 450 steps and the caves as roughly 400 feet above ground level.
Festivals
- Annual fair on Kartik Shukla Trayodashi
Festival dates follow the Jain calendar and move every year against the Gregorian one. We name the festivals and do not print dates — check with the trust before you travel.
